For completely custom shaped cakes

Ok – the two most popular sizes of cake are roughly: 12″ x 12″ and 15″ x 15″ but the actual depth and amount of cake you ‘get’ depends on the shape you choose! A policewoman’s hat for example, would typically stand taller than your average cake and so would need to be layered to build it up.

Cakes that require more than 1 part, for example the two-parcel cake here would mean making two cakes! However, I promise it wont cost the price of two separate cakes!

Prices for a 12″ x 12″ square-shaped cake (or any shape that can be cut from a single square cake) start at £50.

Prices for a 15″ x 15″ cake (or any shape that can be cut from a single square cake) start at £60.

Delivery across Derby can be arranged, but collection from my cake kitchen (near Asda Sinfin) is preferred.

..i hear you say! Well, consider this: the research time, shopping for the ingredients, the ingredients themselves, the ribbon, the box, the baking, whipping of the cream, the colouring of each section of icing and fondant, individually crafting each item that goes on top of your cake, many of which are from different coloured fondants. Add this all up, and some cakes take upto (and over!) 24 hours to make from scratch.. at minimum wage alone this comes to over £150, so think again! We do it because we love it, but we need to eat too! Spare a second to do the math & you’ll appreciate how much goes into each creation. x
